Making an indie game and want it reviewed? Here’s what we need from you and what you can expect from us.
Review requests
Include your Steam page, release date, any embargo, and a press kit link.
What we cover
- Indie games on PC (Steam and itch.io). We’ll add consoles as we can test on them.
- Full reviews, plus coverage of demos and festival builds like Steam Next Fest.
How to send it
- Email press@wishlistornot.com with your Steam page, release date, any embargo, and a press kit link.
- Steam developers can also send keys through Steam Curator Connect to our curator page, Wishlist or Not.
- We need the build at least two weeks before the embargo, so we can finish the game before reviewing it.
What to expect
- We can’t review everything, but we read every email.
- We publish on embargo day when we can, and send you the link the same day.
- A key doesn’t guarantee a positive review, or any review at all if we can’t finish the game in time. See how we review.
